Our process begins with an initial consultation where we visit your home and discuss your vision, goals and specific requirements. We will share insights from our experience and will be able to help you understand the options available to achieve your goals. We will help you determine the scope of your ideas - both from a cost and time perspective. We don’t charge a fee for these meetings.

Once we have a clear understanding of your vision we create a design proposal that meets your vision and your budget. This is a collaborative phase to ensure your specific ideas and goals are met.

Before breaking ground, we handle all the necessary permits, scheduling, material sourcing, documentation and planning for the construction process. We take care of these details, so you can focus on what matters most – your vision for the project.

Every project has a dedicated project leader. Your project leader will oversee every aspect of the construction process, ensuring a flawless end result that matches the design and your expectation.

As construction wraps up, we conduct a thorough quality assurance inspection to make sure that everything meets your standards. We will leave our job site - and your home - clean and tidy, and will ensure all permits are properly closed out. Our commitment doesn’t stop there: we offer two warranties on our work.
